User Data Deletion
You have the right to request deletion of your personal data. To process your request accurately, please provide the details below. This ensures we identify and remove only the data associated with your account.
How to Submit a Request
Send an email to contact@fleckslabs.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the following information:
- Full Name
- Your registered full name
- Email Address
- Email linked to your account
- Username
- Your in-game username
- Account ID
- Your unique account ID
- Additional Details
- Character names, guild affiliations, etc.
You can also send the same details with the form below. It reaches the same team.
Data That Will Be Deleted
Upon a valid and verified request, the following data associated with your account will be permanently removed:
- Account profile information
- Game progress and achievements
- In-game purchases
- Chat history
- Any other personal information associated with your account
What to Expect
- Confirmation
- We will acknowledge your request within 72 hours of receipt.
- Verification
- We may contact you to verify your identity before processing the deletion.
- Completion Notice
- You will be notified once your data has been successfully deleted.
- Consequences
- Data deletion is permanent and irreversible. All game progress, achievements, and purchases will be lost and cannot be recovered.
